'Get Back On Track'
One-to-one Life Coaching Sessions
The 'Get Back On Track' is a one off session to help you, well, get back on track! This is ideal if you have been feeling a little bit stuck recently and need a bit of encouragement to get you going. You could think of it as a 'power hour' to get down into the nitty gritty, dig deep and see what is holding you back. It is very a personal process and can range from a wide variety of life aspects such as;

Finding out what might be holding you back.

Helping to find balance within your life.
-
Ways to look at issues from different perspectives.

Working out and setting goals.
-
Exploring ways to achieve your goals.
After our session I will give you some things to work on, depending on what we have discussed in our call, I will then send a few follow up emails to check you are still on the right track after which you can either book in for another or just keep on heading in the right direction.

Setting and Keeping Boundaries
This is an online 1:1 programme aiming to have one coaching call a week to really get you immersed. This programme is for you, so if your schedule is busy then don't worry we can find a way to make it acheivable for you. Over the 6 sessions we will work on:

What boundaries you want to work on.

Burnouts - saying 'yes' when you mean 'no'.

Values - finding out what is important to you.

Releasing old and out of date boundaries.

Just spent the most wonderful 5 days with Amy, Mohamed and Basma, as Amy says, in the mountains by the sea. The location was breathtaking, with stunning scenery in all directions. Firstly the yoga, Amy has a lovely calm approach giving lots of variations and adaptations to suit everyone. The food was amazing thanks to Mohamed. We were looked after, from the moment you land, until you are taken back to the airport. I came home feeling energised and inspired. Can't wait to go back.

Amy's yoga reterat is always a highlight of my year - this year will be my third! It's a perfect balance of organised activities and downtime, and always flexible and relaxing. The food is incredible and the setting in the mountains is the most serence and peaceful place to relax and reflect. Other attendees are always lovely and up for a laugh. It's like Amy possesses a special magic to bring lovely people together. Even though it's a few days I always leave feeling like a completely different person physically and mentally - recharged, nourished and blissful.
