Relaxing and informative foot massage.

 

Thai Foot Reflexology Therapy has many benefits. It helps to relieve stress and tension, enhances blood circulation, improves sleep, increases well-being and relaxation. A wooden stick is used to apply pressure to the different pressure points on the feet.

Just spent the most wonderful 5 days with Amy, Mohamed and Basma, as Amy says, in the mountains by the sea. The location was breathtaking, with stunning scenery in all directions. Firstly the yoga, Amy has a lovely calm approach giving lots of variations and adaptations to suit everyone. The food was amazing thanks to Mohamed. We were looked after, from the moment you land, until you are taken back to the airport. I came home feeling energised and inspired. Can't wait to go back.

Amy's yoga reterat is always a highlight of my year - this year will be my third! It's a perfect balance of organised activities and downtime, and always flexible and relaxing. The food is incredible and the setting in the mountains is the most serence and peaceful place to relax and reflect. Other attendees are always lovely and up for a laugh. It's like Amy possesses a special magic to bring lovely people together. Even though it's a few days I always leave feeling like a completely different person physically and mentally - recharged, nourished and blissful.
